Specialist Baths Service Contract

Tender description

The contract comprises of the servicing and repair of existing specialist bath and hoist equipment including overhead and static mounted track hoists. The contract will include the surveying of individual properties with a view to the supply and installation of the most suitable bathing and hoist equipment for Progress Housing Group tenants and staff. The service contractor will be expected to visit each Progress Housing Group properties to carry out the preventative maintenance and servicing of various manufacturers equipment. The service contractor will also be expected to provide the LOLER certification of all Progress Housing Group lifting equipment and servicing and maintenance of all specialist bathing and pricing will be on the basis of all fully inclusive three year fixed price contract covering all labour and callouts up to the value of £500. The contractor shall also be required to provide a breakdown cover within 24 hours of initial callout, all visits to the properties will be within normal working hours, five days a week for all equipment within the service contract.
