Tender description
The Council is to undertake a soft market testing exercise to canvass external providers of digital screen advertising infrastructure to help us agree the most appropriate procurement route to facilitate a portfolio of large and small format outdoor digital screen advertising on Council owned land, at specified locations across the city centre.
