Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Tender description

The contract provides for hard facilities management services and capital project delivery up to the value of 500 000 per project. Projects can be delivered to the Corporate Estate and/or Schools based within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Services may include but are not limited to: — Feasibility and Concept Design. — Professional Construction Design (CDM 2015). — Building and other Specialist Surveys. — Project Management. — Ad hoc appointment of professional design/construction personnel. The contract will provide for planned maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical, lifts and building fabric elements of buildings. It is intended to meet the current and future needs of the Councils Corporate Estate which ranges from Administrative Offices, Transport Depots, Ideas Stores, Libraries, Public Conveniences as well as a broad range of Children, Community, Leisure and Residential & Day Care Centres. The provision of Hard Facilities Management Services across Council buildings managed as part of the Corporate Estate. Services may include but are not limited to: — General Requirements. — Planned Maintenance. — Remedial Works. — Building Fabric Maintenance — Inspection and Repairs (unsupported sites). — External Fabric Maintenance — Inspection and Repairs (all sites). — Void buildings maintenance. — Statutory Compliance. — Helpdesk (CAFM). — Reactive Response. — Project works. — Professional Services and Project Delivery.
