Tender description
Further to our last PIN (2016/S 233-425374) Transport for London (TfL) would like to inform the market that we will be holding a bidders conference on 25.4.2017, for the Surface Narrow Band Radio procurement (a replacement for the existing analogue MPT-1327 system that supports the London Buses network). The session will provide bidders with the opportunity to ask the project team any questions they have regarding this tender. It will also give TfL the opportunity to emphasise some key aspects of the project. The conference will be held at our 14 Pier Walk office (London — North Greenwich) from 10:30 - 12:00 noon. To confirm your attendance please respond to SurfaceRadioReplacement@tfl.gov.uk no later than 9:00 on 24.4.2017. We kindly request that bidders send no more than 2 delegates per organisation to this event. TfL would like to encourage any interested bidders for this procurement to attend. The tender documentation for this procurement will be advertised via this TED site during the week commencing 17.4.2017.
