Tender description
The Leap Operate contract is due to expire in April 2018 and the Authority has established a programme to retender the services. This will entail drafting the requirements (reasonably similar to existing requirements) and undertaking a procurement process to procure a supplier to operate the system. The Authority wish to engage a service provider to provide an experienced Project Manager to manage the drafting of requirements, the procurement process and the operational transition to a new supplier/contract.
