Norfolk Community Health and Care (The Trust) has a requirement for ‘Patient Hoists and Lifting Devices’ to enable the safe manual handling of patients within a number of in-patient units across Norfolk. The Trust would like to invite interested parties to attend an Open Event to be held in Dereham, week commencing 17.4.2017, to showcase selected Patient Hoists for inspection by Trust staff. It is likely that the Trust will seek to procure these products via an existing framework agreement, although this is not guaranteed. A contract notice may be published once a full understanding of the requirement is obtained. Interested parties should contact Steven.Worley@nchc.nhs.uk to express an interest in this requirement. The Trust would like to invite interested parties to attend an Industry Engagement Event to be held in Dereham, week commencing 17.4.2017, to showcase selected Patient Hoists for inspection by Trust staff. This event is an information gathering exercise, to inform clinical staff on current technologies and outputs may be used to inform a future procurement exercise.
