NHS Digital is looking to establish Contracts with high quality Apprenticeship Provider(s) in compliance In compliance with the requirements of the Enterprise Act 2016, current and future legislature and guidance including the Apprenticeship Levy. Providers are expected to offer a paperless, dynamic and flexible solution to deliver a broad range of training over a number of national sites. NHS Digital has split the services into Lots by Industry. Providers are able to bid for 1, several or all Lots but must be able to evidence their offering allows them to partner with other Providers to successfully deliver the Contract services. Lot 1 will cover apprenticeships that fall under the Business and Administration Industries. Providers must be able to demonstrate they are able to offer the full range of apprenticeships that fall under the SFA apprenticeship programmes for these industries. Lot 2 will cover apprenticeships that fall under the Digital Industry. Providers must be able to demonstrate they are able to offer the full range of apprenticeships that fall under the SFA apprenticeship programmes for Digital. Lot 3 will cover apprenticeships that fall under the Legal, Procurement, Finance and Accounting Industries. Providers must be able to demonstrate they are able to offer the full range of apprenticeships that fall under the SFA apprenticeship programmes for these industries. Lot 1 will cover apprenticeships that fall under the Leadership and Management, Sales and Marketing Industries. Providers must be able to demonstrate they are able to offer the full range of apprenticeships that fall under the SFA apprenticeship programmes for these industries.
