Tender description

The scope of the proposed contract is the completion of Cyclical maintenance and repair to Community Gateway Association's (CGA) domestic properties. Cyclical maintenance is completed on a 5 year rolling programme to 2 LCA's per year. This financial year LCA's 9 and 10 (Ingol and Ashton) will have cyclical work completed. Cyclical maintenance is undertaken to ensure that the external envelope of the property remains in a good state of repair and is :- • wind and water tight • regularly monitored (externally) • maintained regularly to reduce future repair costs The proposed contract term is 3 months with no option to extend.
