Construction of a new Forensic Science Laboratory, which is to be a mainly 2-storey building of approx. 9 550 sq m internal floor area, including laboratories, offices and ancillary accommodation, some on a third floor, with a single storey utilities and storage building of 485 sq m. The external finishes of this building will be coloured render, framed windows and metal roof cladding. To Include all associated Mechanical, Electrical and Lift works.
