Quadrant Construction was formed in 2010 to add an in-house construction practice to London and Quadrant's operation. The services now being sought are for the supply of Construction Contingent Workers/Operatives. The initial term of the contract is Three years with option to extend as follows at the absolute discretion of QCS: up to 1 extension of 3 years each giving a total potential term of 6 years. QCS now wishes to establish more robust and comprehensive arrangements that better reflect its requirements and represent better value for money. This will be achieved through: — A Restricted Procedure, leading to the establishment of an OJEU compliant Framework.
