Tender description

Flintshire County Council has established a four year non-binding framework agreement for the delivery of works required for the delivery of disabled facilities grants. This notice relates to the supply of materials and the opportunity has been divided into 2 lots – Lot 1 — Adapted Bathroom Materials, Lot 2 — Flush Wash Dry Toilet. The resulting framework will be capable of being used for works to private properties, properties owned or managed by any social housing provider or local authority within North and Mid Wales. The Framework entered into will be managed by Flintshire County Council and partners, either current or future,will be entitled to call-off individual contracts pursuant to the Framework Agreement. Any such contract will beheld, managed and supervised by the individual partner organisation making the call-off. Supply of adapted bathrooms products to include but not limited to; toilets, shower enclosures & trays, shower pumps, care shower, grab rails, shower seats, shower doors, shower curtains and a Doc M Pack. Post framework award the catalogue will be extended and may include all materials which can be supplied by the manufacturer. Three suppliers have been appointed for this lot and the estimated spend during the framework term for Flintshire County Council is 1 185 000 GBP the total value includes other potential buying organisations referenced at Section I.2 of this notice. Supply of flush, wash and dry toilets. Post framework award the catalogue will be extended and may include all materials which can be supplied by the manufacturer. One supplier will be appointed for this lot and the estimated spend during the framework term for Flintshire County Council is 15 000 GBP the total value includes other potential buying organisations referenced at Section I.2 of this notice.
