16-126: Employee Opinion Survey

Tender description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are inviting bids from a number of organisations who might be able to provide services that meet RMBC’s current requirements for a company to assist in the process of conducting its full Employee Opinion Survey of approximately 5,000 employees (excluding school based staff). Assistance is required in the preparation, administration, data processing and analysis and reporting of the survey. Also measurement against benchmarking data is required. This must include other local authorities, and preferably comparable authorities to RMBC. The anticipated spend is in the region of £30,000. The intention is to award to a single supplier. All suppliers who wish to be considered for this quotation must register on the YORtender system and electronically complete and upload the quotation documents onto the system no later than Tuesday 18th April 2017 by 12 noon. All Requests for Quotation must be returned through the YORtender system and will not be accepted by any other means. Keywords: opinion, employee, survey
