This research will focus on the mitigating measures that will limit the risk of overheating in new domestic buildings in England. The scope of the research will not cover non-domestic buildings. The Authority wants to help house builders understand the risks of overheating in new homes and establish tools and/or guidance that helps them mitigate these risks.
