Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Tender description

AmicusHorizon Ltd intends to enter into a Framework Alliance Contract (FAC-1) with up to 5 Alliance Members for the maintenance, repair and improvement of its Properties. The scope of the Works under this Framework Alliance Contract comprises the following Work streams: — Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working); — Out of Hours Emergency Works; — Major Works; — Void Property Works; and — Roofing repairs and scaffolding. It is the Client's intention to issue excluded works directly to specialists. The proposed Project Contracts excludes work streams such as specialist damp treatment works, window and door refurbishment, drainage, notifiable asbestos inspection, encapsulation or removal and specialist works ordinarily sub-contracted by the main Provider. Any Additional Client to the Alliance may incorporate these work streams and test pricing through their own Procedure. AmicusHorizon is letting this framework agreement for itself and on behalf of other Registered Providers and Local Authorities and ALMOs operating within London and the South East of England (comprising the counties of Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Hampshire). The Client intends to award a minimum of 2 Projects from the Framework of a term up to 10 years. Each are valued at approximately 4 000 000 GBP a year. The Framework is open to Additional Clients. The estimated value of the Framework is capped at 25 000 000 GBP a year.
