Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to replace the Crittal curtain walling to the south elevation of the dining hall with uPVC double glazing. To supply and fix two pair of powder coated aluminium doors. To replace the Crittal Clerestory windows with uPVC double glazing. A Schedule of Works will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract. The proposed commencement date of this project is 21 July 2017 and we anticipate a four week programme of works.
