Places for People - Corporate Office Cleaning Services Framework

Places for People are seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors in order to implement an Office Cleaning Framework for a number of its corporate offices within the UK. Historically these services have been completed by external contractors and in-house directly employed staff. This procurement is being undertaken by Places for People the contracting authority for itself and subsidiaries. Places for People are seeking to appoint 3 providers of cleaning services that consistently meet the standards required. The successful suppliers will need to be able to provide a range of cleaning services to meet the varying requirements of Places for People. Places for People's housing stock owning companies include Places for People Homes, Places for People Living+, Cotman Housing Assocation, Castlerock Edinvar Housing Association and Places for People Scotland Care and Support. Further information on these companies as well as other subsidiaries can be found at www.placesforpeople.co.uk This agreement will therefore provide Places for People with the ability to purchase and schedule cleaning services in a number of its' corporate offices. A list of applicable offices can be found below, however Places for People will reserve the right to add or remove offices from inclusion subject to agreed notice. • Cheapside - 6th Floor, 80 Cheapside, London EC2V 6EE • Gray's Inn Road - 305 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8QR • Bristol - 4th Floor, 10 Victoria Street, Bristol BS1 6BN • Wolverton Park - 53 Triangle Building, Wolverton Park Road, Milton Keynes MK12 5FJ • Livingston - Pentland House, Almondvale South, Livingston, West Lothian EH54 6NG The estimated total value of this contract is £250,000-£500,000. Places for People are seeking to appoint 3 providers of cleaning services that consistently meet the standards required. Places for People will reserve the right to direct award to the top ranked supplier on the Cleaning Framework. Where conditions mean that further competition is desired, Places for People intend and reserve the right to run a mini competition process under the framework with the three successful suppliers on the Framework.
