Tender description

Fife Council intends to award a framework agreement for the off-site construction of non-domestic timber frame kits. The framework will seek to implement early design development of panel systems and coordination and integration with the design team strategy for new build and extensions to existing facilities. Design, manufacture, supply and installation services for closed panel systems, including floor and roof cassettes, window/door components and external cladding options over 50 m2 for non-domestic properties. Design, manufacture, supply and installation services for open panel systems, including floor and roof cassettes under 50 m2 for non-domestic properties.
