Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is looking to procure Housing Needs Survey services at Cambridge Road Estate as detailed Invitation to Proposal document, the project will start in May 2017 and will be ending in November 2017. The purpose of the survey is to gather household information on existing housing needs and preferences of all tenants, leaseholders and freeholders. Promote an understanding of the regeneration options being considered. Canvass resident's view of what works and what doesn't on the existing estate and their aspirations for the future regenerated estate.
