Tender description

Aspire Housing (Aspire) is seeking to appoint a preferred supplier to enter into contract to provide Mechanical and Electrical Servicing and Maintenance to properties owned and managed by Aspire. The contract is for a period of 3 years with an option to extend (x 2) for a further 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance (total 5 years). Commencement date of the contract will be June 2017. Clarification period closes 17.4.2017. Please note that this project is being facilitated by Orbit Group (Service Matters).
