Tender description

The supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of an Automated Gate System (AGS) for the Contracting Entity's unitised terminal operations. The scope for this Procurement is: 1) The manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of an Automated Gate System (AGS) on the Company's proposed gate site set out in the tender document in accordance with the Company's Business Requirements Specification set out in the tender document. The AGS will comprise of: a) Optical Character recognition (OCR) Portal(s)structure. b) OCR and automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras. c) LED lighting (part of OCR Portal). d) Kiosk(s) & kiosk components. e) Appropriate traffic management equipment (e.g. barriers, traffic lights). f) Gate user interface, integration with existing IT systems, collectively known as the Gate Operating System (GOS). 2) Maintenance and Support of the AGS.
