2199 Passenger Transport DPS - Buses

Tender description

This opportunity is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that will remain open for applications until the expected end date of 14 December 2020. Operators can apply to be admitted to the DPS via the e-tendering portal YORtender at www.yortender.co.uk This DPS is being used for the procurement of bus transportation for the East Riding of Yorkshire Council including Home to School transport, public transport and transportation for social services clients. All operators who meet and pass the published criteria will be admitted to the DPS and informed of this. When the Council has bus transport requirements, all operators who have been admitted to the DPS at that point, will receive an email alert from the YORtender portal advising them that a tender for transport contracts is available. Admitted operators can then log in to the YORtender portal and submit prices for the available contracts. Award of contracts will be subject to operator's meeting the applicable specifications and agreement to comply with the Council's terms and conditions of contract.
