Tender description
North Lincolnshire Council has awarded a tender for an Organisational Development partner to work withus in our continuing programme of organisational development and culture change, as part of our ongoingtransformation agenda. Through our combined efforts we will shape the council towards achieving improvedoutcomes — ensuring that North Lincolnshire is the best possible place to live, work, visit and invest. The OD partner will partner us in developing an OD strategy and plan, future internal OD capacity, as well asproviding ongoing ‘strategic advice & direction’, we also require ‘on demand’ access to a range of consultancy/business advice and skills on a ‘call-off’’ basis.
