Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 40% Cultural fit 20% Price 40% Questions from Suppliers 1. Maximum number of applicants we could be submit. We are looking to appoint by 03/04 at the latest, therefore are expecting to have made decisions by 24/03. 3. Can you please confirm if there is any opportunity to charge more than £450 per day? No, we feel £450 is sufficient for the role. 4. You mentioned including all fee's but is the £450 day rate inc or ex VAT ? £450 excludes VAT. 5. What element of remote working will you allow for this piece of work? Would 2-3 days onsite per fortnight suffice? The team responsible for delivering the various elements would need to decide how best to work collaboratively. As such, this could vary and differ during the lifecycle of the work and we cannot be prescriptive around this. It is possible that 2-3 days per fortnight could work, however, you should be prepared to come in every day, if that was necessary for the project to be a success. 6. Is there a preference to having the developer work 100% on-site during the project, if it supports communication & collaboration? We are interested in a successful outcome for the project and associated work, the person would therefore need to determine with the rest of the team an arrangement that delivers this. We are happy for the person to be on site 100% and have the ability to accommodate this. 7. Could I confirm that the rate includes travel expenses? As this is an outside IR35 role, all expenses incurred by the individual delivering the work would be covered by the fee paid.
