Tender description

The EPA is establishing a multi-operator framework agreement for the procurement of CRM services, under Framework Agreement EPA-2017-CRM-FA. It is divided into the following four (4) Lots: Lot Title 1 CRM (xRM) Solution Architecture Support 2 CRM (xRM) Business Analysis 3 CRM (xRM) Development 4 CRM (xRM) Testing The framework agreement has a term of 4 years and comprises a separate framework for each lot. The tenders will be evaluated separately in respect of each lot, both in terms of the eligibility criteria and the award criteria in Section 6. Tenderers can apply for admission for one or more lots.
