Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice to procure Rapid Build Project of 63 unit of primarily 2 storey housing units on undeveloped lands located at St. Cuthbert's Park, off Lealand Road, Deansrath, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. Development of Rapid Build Project of 60 no. unit two storey, and 3 no. dormer unit, housing project on St. Cuthbert's site. Contractors will be required construct the dwellings and site infrastructure on an accelerated delivery program. Participation in the competition will be subject to qualification. The proposals consists of: New access off Lealand Road, landscaping works to boundaries and new green space/play area, ancillary works to landscape housing areas and all necessary associated ancillary works on the site and adjacent areas. All houses to be minimum A2 BER rated. The housing provision includes two storey houses primarily grouped in terraces and a smaller amount of semi-detached and detached houses.
