Tender description

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC) is one of the largest Metropolitan Councils in the country and covers a wide area including the towns of Bingley, Ilkley, Keighley and Shipley. CBMDC has an estate of approximately 450 properties across the district which covers a range of property types including but not limited to offices, schools, libraries, leisure centres, residential homes, private residences and commercial premises. All tenderers shall note that due to the Councils property realignment programme the number of properties is likely to fluctuate throughout the duration of the Framework. City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC) are looking to establish a framework for hire of site storage and welfare cabins, including toilets, and drying rooms, offices and kitchens for sites in various locations throughout the Bradford District. The accommodation and storage cabins will be required on Construction Sites, schools and will include live environments. CBMDC intend to utilise this framework for requirements for Elections where temporary accommodation is required.
