Corpus Christi Federation Quote for Repairs and Maintenance

The Corpus Christi Federation is a group of three Barnsley Schools who have taken the decision to work together to secure service improvements and efficiencies. The schools are based in Goldthorpe, Hoyland and Wombwell. The schools are looking for suitably qualified organisations to quote for the provision of their Repairs and Maintenance Service. This includes both reactive repairs and a planned schedule of service and maintenance. The contract is for the period 01.04.17 until 31.03.20 (with an option to extend by a further 2 years until 31.03.22). Interested organisations are therefore requested to read all the supporting documentation and then complete the response evaluation document and relevant pricing schedules within the specification. Please use the request to quote form to give the total cost for the provision of the service. Failure to supply any of the documentation may mean that we are unable to evaluate your bid. We recommend that all potential bidders visit the school sites and appointments should be organised with the Business Manager Kerry Gagen via email – k.gagen@federationcc.org.uk The visits are only to view the site, not to market any services and any questions that bidders have must be raised via the YOR tender system. Please ensure you evidence CHAS/SSIP approval and submit certificates of the levels of employers and public liability that your organisation holds. All the documents and any supporting information must be submitted via the YORtender system by 12 noon on 24 February 2017. We will only accept proposals that are returned via YORtender.
