Tender description

This service is required to provide call monitoring and emergency responder service to the tenants of Supported Housing as well older and vulnerable residents across the Borough. The service provider will also need to work in partnership with the Elderly Person Dwellings. The Service Provider will need to ensure all relevant residents across the Borough (in both central and rural areas) are able to access the service and any related activities if the outcomes are to be achieved. To ensure this service is holistic, service providers will be required to work in partnership with relevant organisations which could include but are not limited to: Hertfordshire County Council, Public Health, Herts Valley Clinical Commissioning Group, other voluntary organisations and Dacorum Borough Council.
