Tender description

Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out refurbishment to the internal aspect of 124 properties on the Elm Tree Farm estate in Stockton on Tees. The work includes Boiler replacement, room heaters, detectors and a smaller element covering Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment. The Contract will be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
