Tender for procuring a cloud-based, integrated Finance and HR System

Tender description

The Electoral Commission would like to procure a cloud-based, integrated Finance and HR system. We are looking for new integrated system which provides one set of consistent data. We are planning on a phased rollout and approach, with the HR system being rolled out in the first during the summer of 2017, closely followed by the Finance system. The end completion date of the project will be March 2018. This needs to include concurrent running of both systems for four months from December 2017 to March 2018. We will evaluate proposals based on set criteria including the extent to which agencies are able to show that they can meet our requirements and deliver value for money.
