Provision of a Learning Management System

Tender description

Red Cross wishes to establish a Contract with a suitably experienced, qualified and resourced Service Provider for the provision of a cloud based Learning Management System (LMS) that will host our digital learning content and can be used as an online booking system for all other Red Cross courses. The Services required under this Contract shall include, but will not be limited to: Provision of a modular and flexible LMS; Provision of a hosted eLearning platform; Data Migration to the proposed learning management system; Integration of the proposed solution with key Red Cross applications/systems; Provision of extensive reporting and tracking capabilities; Provision of on-going maintenance and support; Provision of formal training; and Any additional services. Please refer to our Statement of Requirements, as detailed within this Invitation to Tender, for the full scope of Services. These Services must conform to the outputs detailed within this Statement of Requirements.
