Tender description

Contract for the manufacture, supply to site and erection of volumetric modules for housing construction. The manufacture, supply to site and on-site erection of new volumetric housing systems. The CHIC members have requirements predominantly within the East and West Midlands, Wales, the South West of England and the South East of England but not exclusively so. They may in the future have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. CHIC is owned by RP's (Housing Associations, ALMOs and Local Authorities) and has large scale membership (currently 44 members). CHIC is a member of Re:allies and Re:allies members will also have access to the contract. CHIC has successfully delivered a range of materials and works contracts for their members over the last 6 years and has a new-build framework in place. The manufacture, supply to site and on-site erection of new-build volumetric housing systems. The CHIC members have requirements predominantly within the above areas, but not exclusively so and the members may in the future have requirements in other parts of England and Wales.
