Tender description

The manufacture, supply to site and on-site erection of volumetric housing. CHIC is procuring on behalf of its 44 members and full details are set out in the Invitation to Tender. The calculations of lowest and highest values used herein are set out in the ITT Document 2. CHIC is also a member of Re:allies, a Consortium of Consortia and the overall membership of Re:allies may also access the contract. Fuller details are set out in the Invitation to Tender - Document 1. This tender is based upon some sample standard house and low rise flat types. However, volumetric solutions to be delivered under the Agreement may include homes, (flats, houses, bungalows etc.) for social / affordable rent, shared ownership, market rent, for outright sale, or a combination of these and other tenures and property types and ancillary buildings which may be retail, commercial, mixed use or specialist in type or nature. These may include low, medium and high rise volumetric buildings.
