Installation of an LED Communal Lighting System at Yiewsley Court and Childs Court

Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing Communal Lighting system within the following two sheltered housing schemes as part of a second phase of upgrades: Yiewsley Court - is located at, Horton Road, Yiewsley UB7 8HQ. The block comprises of 25 client flats, laundry room and wardens accommodation spread across two floors. Childs Court - is located at Henman Lane, Hayes UB3 2YJ. The block comprises of 26 client flats, laundry room and numerous large communal areas spread across two floors. The new Communal Lighting System works will broadly comprise of the installation of LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminaries supplied from Control Panels with local test positions. It includes; but not limited to the design, supply, and installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Communal Lighting System with integrated emergency lighting. It includes the provision of O&M Manuals and training to the Hillingdon Housing Service (HHS) representative in charge of the block
