Tender description

North View Housing Association is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to be considered to be invited to submit a quality/price tender for the provision of a multi trade term maintenance contract for Gas Inspection, Servicing, Maintenance and [provisional] Replacements; Plumbing [including bathroom replacements]; Medical Adaptations; and Drainage [including CCTV surveys, reports and repairs] for the initial period 1.4.2017 to 31.3.2018, with options to extend the contract solely at the Employer's discretion on an annual basis to 31.3.2025.
