CDHG Provision of Recruitment Services for the provision of Temporary Agency Workers, Fixed Term (interim) and Permanent Staff

Tender description

The contract is for the provision of Recruitment Services including Temporary agency staff, fixed term and permanent placements to County Durham Housing Group and its subsidiaries. The contract is divided into 4 lots: Lot 1 - Trade Operatives based within Group Property Services, covering a range of trade and skilled roles on a temporary, fixed term or permanent basis. Lot 2 - Administrative and office based roles including, finance, procurement, office support, administration, customer services, communications & digital, insurance and general office based roles on a temporary, fixed term or permanent basis. Lot 3 - Housing including front line, assets and surveyors on a temporary, fixed term or permanent basis. Lot 4 - - Management and specialist including governance, legal, human resources, ICT, strategy, performance, statistics and executive and senior management on interim or permanent basis. Up to 3 tenderers will be appointed to each lot and will 1st, 2nd and 3rd according to the their individual evaluation scores with the highest score being awarded 1st place. Tenderers may apply for any or all lots and there is no limit to the number of lots a tenderer may be appointed to. The contract duration is 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year.
