Water Management and Air Conditioning/Ventilation Maintenance

Tender description

Leicester City Council Housing Department invites Tenders for the provision of Water Management and Air Conditioning/Ventilation Maintenance. The proposed Contract will be for two years with an option to extend for additional 1+1 years (four years in total)and it is anticipated to be awarded to up to three contractors per lot. Any extension will be at the sole discretion of the Council. This contract will operate as a Framework Agreement. The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots: The authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots LOT1 Risk Assessment & Water Monitoring LOT2 Remedial Works Water Systems LOT3 Service,Repair & Installation of Air Conditioning There is a restriction whereby a single Supplier cannot be awarded Lot1 in conjunction with Lot2 but can beawarded Lot1 together with Lot3 or alternatively Lot2 with Lot3.
