The successful Consultant will also be required to: • Provide input to project costs, timetable, and income and spending forecasts in preparation for the HLF Round 2 application • Work with the architects on design specifications for the archive store and search rooms, particularly in relation to environmental factors, the revised BS5454 and the PAS 198 on environment for collections • Advise on best practice with regards to interpretation of the archive The work is to be carried out in consultation with stakeholders. The consultant will allow for issuing draft documents for interim review as well as a presentation of the initial findings. The final report should be reviewed in the light of the points raised in the consultation.
