Efficiency East Midlands are seeking to establish a new Framework for Out of Hours maintenance and repairs. During the course of the Framework we will be looking for the contractor to carry out: Emergency repairs for plumbing, gas heating and hot water, electrical, joinery, roofing and drains and general building works of an emergency nature. Call out for emergency works to the clients housing and non-housing stock at the clients direction. EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. The consortia is owned by our members which include Housing Associations, ALMO's, Local Authorities and bodies from the wider public sector such as NHS hospitals, Universities and Police Authorities.
