Tender description

The London Boroughof Camden invites expressions of interest for five contracts as follows: • Contract 1: Mechanical maintenance and servicing; est. £5.4 million p.a. • Contract 2: Maintenance of individual heating systems; est. £2.9 million p.a. • Contract 3: General electrical systems maintenance; est. £2.7 million p.a. • Contract 4: Lift Maintenance; est £900,000 p.a. • Contract 5: Ancillary Services Maintenance; est. £1 million p.a. The services relate to infrastructure and installations associated with Camden’s housing stock. Each contract will last five years and may be extended by up to a further five in accordance with the contract conditions. The estimated value of each contract given above is at 2015 prices. Further detail of the scope of the contracts and the properties covered is in the PQQ Briefing Note in the dcuments section of the PQQ. Each of the contracts is defined as a "lot" in EU Supply. Applicants must complete a separate pre-qualification questionnaire and upload their section H responses and all supporting documentation separately for each lot they wish to apply for. Lot 10890: Lot No: 2 Lot title: Contract 2: Maintenance of individual heating systems. Contract 2: Maintenance of individual heating systems. Estimated value ~£2.9m per annum. Comprehensive service for planned preventative maintenance of and reactive repairs to individual heating systems and gas carcassing. The contract will also contain provision for installation of new boilers and systems.Candidates must submit a separate pre-qualification questionnaire for each lot (contract) in which they wish to express an interest including uploading their responses to section H and all other supporting documentation separately for each lot (contract). Lot 10891: Lot No: 3 Lot title: Contract 3: General electrical systems maintenance. Contract 3: General electrical systems maintenance. Estimated value ~£2.7m per annum. Electrical contractor to provide resilience lead and the following service areas: Lateral mains, risers Estate lighting Lightning protection Fire protection Mechanical ventilation Co-ordination lead with utilitiesCandidates must submit a separate pre-qualification questionnaire for each lot (contract) in which they wish to express an interest including uploading their responses to section H and all other supporting documentation separately for each lot (contract). Lot 10892: Lot No: 4 Lot title: Contract 4: Lift Maintenance. Contract 4: Lift Maintenance. Estimated value ~£0.9m per annum. Comprehensive service for planned preventative maintenance of and repairs to lift installations.Candidates must submit a separate pre-qualification questionnaire for each lot (contract) in which they wish to express an interest including uploading their responses to section H and all other supporting documentation separately for each lot (contract).
