Tender description

East Renfrewshire Council is looking to appoint a suitable and qualified contractor to undertake electrical rewiring works to various tenanted properties within the East Renfrewshire Council area over a 2 year period. The works to be carried out by the successful contractor will include the domestic electrical rewiring. Typically the property type includes semi-detached houses, terraced houses, 4 in a block properties and tenement properties. At present a list of the 1st 25 properties will be made available at the time of tender for year 1, the void properties for year 1 will be advised during the course of the contract.
