Tender description
Historic Environment Scotland is looking to appoint a supplier(s) who can provide a mobile ice-cream vehicle service at each of the following sites: Edinburgh Castle Esplanade; Holyrood Park Broad Pavement; and Stirling Castle Esplanade. The Supplier(s) must be able to supply ice cream products (cones, wafers, tubs and ice lollies) along with cold drinks (water and soft drinks) and confectionery. The range of products will be agreed with HES's Catering Contracts Manager for each site prior to each season commencing.
