Tender description
ESPO has awarded a framework for the supply of asphalt and aggregate materials including but not limited to supply of roadstone, aggregates, hot rolled asphalt, stone mastic asphalt, surface dressing chippings and topsoil to Leicestershire County Council. Further information on these ‘lots’ can be found in the invitation to tender, along with detailed specifications. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement. Please note Lot 1 — a national framework for the supply of asphalt and aggregate materials to various public sector organisations, has not been awarded. The original advertised potential value in the range between 10 000 000 GBP and 20 000 000 GBP has been revised to 3 350 000 GBP for 2 years with no extension option.
