Tender description

The House of Lords is seeking to re-let its contract to store, manage and distribute publications and other promotional. Delivery types and approximate figures for the last 12 months are provided below as an indication of the current nature and scope of the requirement. • Bulk deliveries to the Estate, which must be made to the Parliamentary Off-Site Consolidation Centre (OSCC) facility located in North West London. • Ad-hoc deliveries to UK locations. • Bulk deliveries to organisations e.g. schools and universities. • Mailings to members of the public of single or multiple publications, from orders received through the online portal. • Large scale nationwide direct mailings e.g. to libraries (1-2 items per library). • Monthly reports setting out the statistics of the distribution activity. The contract shall be for an initial period of three years, with options to extend for up to a further two years.
