Gateshead Council require a Management Information System (MIS) to enable it to process all required data and funding needs of external bodies as well as the flexibility to meet its own requirements. Gateshead Council currently use a Management Information System (MIS) called Aqua which is provided by Service Birmingham. By improving the systems of learningSkills this procurement aims to make the service more efficient and responsive to learner and employer need. This will in turn improve the skills and knowledge of Gateshead population, and promote further and higher education in Gateshead.
