Tender description
Design and Build of a new 3 storey further education building of 3 500 m2 and a construction and motor vehicle building of 1 000 m2 on a site of approximately 2,5 acres. Total construction value circa 8 900 000 GBP including professional fees, but excluding VAT. Target completion of both buildings is August 2017.
