Tender description

The NERC Research Centres use the Changepoint system for their Project Portfolio Management. It is used to manage grant funded research amounting to a multi-million pound project portfolio. For the provision of this business critical service NERC has an existing and significant investment in the Changepoint system. NERC require software support and maintenance from 1st April 2016, for a 12 month period, to ensure the on-going support and operation of the service.
