Tender description

Hampshire County Council intends to create a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for Learning and Development Services/Interventions/Coaching which will include lots or categories of workforce development such as the following: Social Care and Related Qualifications; Safeguarding (adults/children/other); Business and personal development including team building and coaching; Leadership and Management; Health, safety and well-being; These lots are indicative prior to the contract notice being issued during April/May 2016. This DPS will run continuously from Q3, 2016 for a minimum of 4 years. The DPS will be open to admit new suppliers, subject to meeting the selection criteria and confirming that the grounds for exclusion do not apply. Suppliers will be able to apply for more than 1 category or lot. Suppliers interested in applying for the DPS are invited to register their interest in attending a supplier information briefing event during w/c 11 April. Suppliers should note that entry onto the DPS does not guarantee the award of any contracts and that HCC reserves the right to decide whether or not to run a competition under the DPS or to use another contracting vehicle. It is anticipated that up to 2 000 000 GBP could be let under the DPS per annum. District Authorities, Partners (Fire, Police and Schools), Local Authorities with whom Hampshire share county boundaries and Unitaries will also be able to utilise this DPS where applicable to similar category areas outlined above.
