Aberdeen City Council is acting as a central purchasing body for the purpose of procuring a supplier to be appointed for the purpose of providing a Cashless Parking Service across the network of parking zones within both Aberdeen City Council and Aberdeenshire Council areas. Each Council will enter into separate contract with the successful supplier as and when any Services are required.
