Tender description

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) (the Authority) as the contracting authority is tendering for the supply of End User Services to the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). The TTPi Programme has been established to implement a Service Tower operating model for the delivery of ICT Services across the MPS and to procure replacement contracts that align with and support this model. This Contract Notice covers the procurement of a single contract to deliver the following End User Services (EUS) which includes Managed Desktop Services, Storage Services, Local Print Services and Office LAN Support Services. These services are further described in the Descriptive Document.
